Me&MyCOPD app for iPhone and iPad

MeAndMyCOPD is a support service developed by AstraZeneca to help people with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) manage their condition. The service provides patients with individual, real-time information on their condition and is able to help them identify changes in their condition and take appropriate action. This interactive service is designed to enhance self-management and is tailored to each individual patient to provide the right support at the right time.
